Piper Warrior II Video

Piper Airplane was established in originally by Taylors Brothers Airplane in 1927. Because of the death of one of the brothers and then ultimate bankruptcy, the assets were acquired by William Piper and eventually the provider was renamed in 1937. The provider was named Piper Plane Corporation after moving to Pennsylvania. In 1955 Piper moved his operation to Vero Beach Municipal Airport to have a much larger area for manufacturing. The provider started manufacture of the J-3 Cub, which was intended for flight training. It turned into one of the most popular light aircraft ever before manufactured and has most inexpensive. Piper came up with this type plane to promote an aviation passion in others. Today, bush pilots and the leisure aviators go on to use the up-graded variation of the Cub. The L-4 variation was utilized primarily by the U.S. military during WWII and Korean War.

The Piper Warrior, an enhanced variation of the Cherokee, first took flight in 1974. It included a semi-tapered wing along by having a stretched body. In 1978, it was upgraded to 160 horsepower and designed with more aerodynamic fairings. Models constructed after 1982 have a 900 pound beneficial payload. A flight training edition has a glass cockpit. Piper Warrior holds its value and is a fantastic aircraft for sale.

In result to the new FAA Light Sport Plane category, Piper released the SportCruiser LSA aircraft. Adhering to the new classification, the SportCruiser is a two-seat plane that comes under the 1320 pound weight restriction. The SportCruiser is built in the Czech Republic and outfitted with either a 100 hp (75 kW) Rotax 912ULS or 120 hp (89 kW) Jabiru 3300 engine.

The Piper SportCruiser is a two seat light-sport plane produced by Czech Sport Aircraft (CZAW) and marketed by Piper between Jan. 2010 and Jan. 2011. Additionally understood as the PiperSport, the provider chose to joint venture by having CZAW rather than build their own entry-level airplane.

I agree on Marley and me for the movie TV commercial down here in Florida of the Humane Society where they show abused cats and dogs with captions saying why did they hurt me or why did they abandon me? It makes me cry, I have to turn the channel quickly.

Where can I get a key made for…..? Where can I get a key duplicated for a Piper Supercub in Houston, Tx?? Does anyone know a shop that makes copy of airplane keys in Houston???

  6. kelly_f_1999 says:

try a lock smith or any key shop

  7. danimal141 says:

just about any lock shop should be able to do this for you. duplicating an aircraft key is no different than any other kind of key.even if the lock shop does not have the right key they can usually order it and have it in stock within 2 days

  8. Generally you can use a motorcycle blank at any place that cuts keys.

  9. Whats the best website for buying new/used airplanes? I used to fly a restored 1960′s piper cub but the engine was loaded with problems to the point were one time in mid flight the engine seized and was leaking fuel the repairs that needed to be made cost way more then the plane was worth so I scraped it :( . Now I’m busy trying to find a new plane thats around $50,000 to $200,000. If there is any website that can get me a deal on a new/used plane please give me the link I would highly appreciate it :) .

The largest list in ONE publication is at Trade A Plane – http://trade-a-plane.com ASO http://aso.com Mentioned above is very good as is the “Controller” http://controller.com and Aero Trader http://aerotrader.com If you can’t find one on those four you probably won’t find one. Don’t forget to ask local pilots and mechanics. Tell them what you are looking to get and many times there is one very close to you!

AircraftDealer.com just got a makeover, it’s pretty awesome now. You could also try Mark Clark over at CourtesyAircraft.com

http://www.airplanemart.com/ It provides HUNDREDS of used airplanes. They are also very cheap, and to prove my point, you can buy an Antonov AN-74 (a very BIG cargo plane) for only 3.5 million dollars (which is CHEAP) from the Russian Federation. It’s cool. Good luck, and I definitely recommend a Cirrus SR-20. A NEW one is only $240,000, so a used one is definitely in your budget. They are very comprehensive and easy to fly, and sleek, fuel efficient, and have an easy autopilot and flight director. I’ve flown one before, and I loved it. :D

Where can I buy a bank repossessed airplane? I’m in the market for a new single engine plane and I’m interested in contacting some banks to see if they have some repo’s I could take off their hands. Does anyone have some contact information or experience doing this? Aircraft Models: Cirrus SR22 or SR20, Diamond DA-40, older planes I would consider Mooney, Bonanza 33, 35, 36, Piper, etc…

  14. JetDoc says:

I don’t know of any banks who will take direct possession of an airplane. You might do a google search for aircraft brokers instead.

  15. EASY 101 – just call the banks and ask them. If they have an aircraft they want rid of they will even buy you lunch.

  16. What is an inexpensive airplane to buy? Can I get one for $25-30K? Cessna, Piper? How old? How much?

  17. NICHOLAS says:

Junk. and I do not mean Junkers.

  18. Mike Tyson says:

There are plenty of options, from Piper Colts, Pacers, Tri-Pacers, Cherokee 140′s to Cessna 140′s, 150/152′s, 170′s and 175′s even. You can get a single seat Pitts in this price range easily as well as a huge variety of homebuilt or experimental aircraft. Most are obviously older aircraft but many are in great condition. Check out barnstormers.com and have fun!

  19. Alloy Boy says:

late 70′s cessna 152 falls into that range. If you have any size don’t plan on taking anyone else up with you. Check http://www.controller.com

  20. My neighbor bought a C150 for like 20K and then put another 5K into avionics and he’s still alive check controller.com

If you can find one.. get an Aero Commander Lark 180, its like a heavy 172 but it flys great. It can take a little more weight and is realy tough, it can really take a rough landing, its actualy built for it. Also it would be great for grass and dirt landing strips. It should be in your price range too, depending on the condition and age. Its deffinetley a great plane and its not just the same thing that everyone else has so get one (like i said, if you can find one)
